Hello all, I was under the car and noticed this part to be in constant, movent.. I wasn't sure if it was the hydraulic tensioner and normal to be moving.. sorry if this is a dumb question. thanks

I was looking at that Image, I wasn't sure if that was a moving part.. Removed my bumper the other day and was getting a little familiar with all the engine parts and noticed that guy vibrating a lot

 

very easy to remove belt and spin all the rollers and tensioner
