guys im using the oem front indicators off of the 09 and up carrera. The part number is 997-631-083-01 and 997-631-084-01 for the actual indicators and i also ordered 999-919-246-01 which are the screws to mount them.

All the parts together are about $550-580.

From what I test fitted the shape of begining of the lights contour almost exactly to the blinker light on the MK1. The end of the lights need to be filled in as they are a bit shorter.

I have no idea about the wiring, figure that out once I do the body work to fit the lights in the first place. I know it will work. If you guys want to check out how MK2 lights look on a MK1 go here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zshALibWaxk

Im fitting these to a gt3 bumper btw and found a guy that can do plastic welding to fill in the holes. Fiberglass may be cheaper but I dont know how it will hold up.

While Im at it im doing the rear taillights as well which seem to be plug and play once the rear bumper has been modified.

Im dropping it off next week but Ill be away on business so probably cant show you guys pics until like middle of next month but this is what i know so far.
