All parts, labor, and custom tuning / dyno'ing brings in a total of about $12,000 in additions to the car. I have $84,000 cash in this car, now for sale at just $65,000!
Features 525AWHP or higher (have not had it re-dyno'ed since last tune), and it just did 10.84s 1/4 mile at 130.77 with time slip to prove it. This was on 91octane tune.

Car has NEVER been launched with mods. Car was launched 2-3 times when still STOCK using LC2 only (about 10,000 miles ago). Car never had LC1. So the car has been running FLAWLESSLY for 10,000 miles with mods.
NO issues of ANY type. I only replaced a burned out light bulb in the left Reverse light.
NEVER been to a road course or DE event. Only twice to a drag strip to get my 1/4 mile numbers and qualify the modifications to actual times.
Almost ALL the miles are from freeway driving in Los Angeles from the Valley to Downtown or from Los Angeles to Vegas.
The car is parked in my underground garage at all times.

6,000 mile service was performed at Woodland Hills Nissan.
12,000 mile service was just performed at Woodland Hills Nissan.

I have the title free and clear. No loans or liens on it.
So easy transaction is possible.

I'm only looking to do a temporary trade / borrow a 996TT for a few days.

If I were to do a full ownership trade, it would have to be 996TT+cash obviously for the GTR.

I have over $84,000 in the GTR including the cost to purchase it. The mods and custom dyno tunes, etc account for about $12K.
I'd be willing to sell it for $72,000 including the wheels, power mods, etc.

OR a 996TT + $12K~ or so depending on what mods you have, etc.
