Thank you sir... I'm a car guy at heart, so I would only expect the same honest treatment from a seller if I were the buyer.
Also, thanks GT3 Chuck, I wasn't aware that I couldn't revamp the title. Some forums you can, some you can't. I appreciate it.

Thanks to the both of you. In regards to the pricing, I'm not looking to retire off of the sale of the car. I feel the price is fair in regards to the reality of the market these cars are in now. I think the Excellence magazine guide is pretty accurate of what people actually end up paying for these cars instead of what everyone wants to sell them for. The sad reality is that aftermarket parts don't usually make a car worth that much more (certainly not the value of the parts) especially in the eyes of a lender who looks at NADA values, not the hopeful classifieds. Thanks again for the kind words, the car is a blast and I'm sad to see it go, but it's a good move for me financially.

Thanks, I think the price is pretty reasonable, and it's intentionally the lowest priced 996TT here on 6speed. Still, I have had some lowball offers and lots of tire kickers... crazy. I don't know how low I have to price the car to get it to sell!!

I seriously can't believe that people are trying to get this thing for less than $39k. Come on guys, be serious. You aren't going to get a clean, accident and issue free 996TT for less than this unless you want 60k+ miles and a car that has been abused. Sure, go to an auction and risk a buy there (I've been down that road with my broker, it's a waste of time), but good luck replacing the tranny when you get the 2nd gear pop-up or worse. GLWS...awesome looking car and great price! I hate to hear people wasting sellers time, especially when the car is priced so low to begin with. These are going for much higher than this.
