I am the third owner. I bought it at Barrier Porsche, a reputable local dealer, w/ ~4300 miles. Previous owner was a well known Fortune 10 company VP. No accidents. Never tracked. Always garaged. Non-smoker and no pets. Sunny day car. Major 4-year service completed at ~10K miles including OEM spark plugs. New battery installed Summer 2011. Minor RMS leak repaired at Barrier Porsche at around 10K miles or 5/2012 timeframe. Barrier covers RMS repair leak two years from date of repair.

Comes with original keys and books plus my records. I am a car enthusiast and took great care of this GT3. Car always serviced either by Barrier Porsche (they know this car) or Cantrell Motorsport. Just like the exterior, the interior is flawless as I’m even careful about getting into the car to reduce driver side bolster wear. Thank you!

Serious inquiries only, please. Pics available upon request.

FYI: Well-documented issue with factory GT3 LSDs. If you didn't replace it, you're most likely running an open diff. The cost of a Guard LSD rebuild (highly reputable vendor) is at least $2500.

I bring this up as the details during ownership are often missed by the masses - even enthusiasts. I surely didn't know when I bought mine! I replaced it because I care that a GT variant be in top performing condition and you can notice the difference even in street driving. Thx.

Condition of car is excellent inside and out and shows very little wear if any. RS steering wheel and carbon/alcantara **** are near new purchased from Suncoast Porsche. Thanks!

I ask you kindly to please only inquire if you agree to the $80k asking price.

One will be challenged to find a non tracked gt3 with a new guard LSD rebuild. As pointed out earlier on this thread all 997 gt3s would benefit from this upgrade given the poor factory LSD choice Porsche made much to our collective disappointment as gt3 fans.

Thank you!

FYI: The 911 is also covered by a reputable aftermarket warranty through 12/31/2017 or 100k miles (whichever comes first), all-inclusive, $0 deductible. Fidelity no longer covers GT3s per my Porsche dealership. They have had stellar experiences with both Fidelity and National which is the one I purchased. If you want to transfer coverage, I'm happy to pay the fee. The remaining value of warranty is $3K for a total of $83K. i actually got a very special deal as they felt bad for having to cancel my Fidelity as they were not informed of their new policy change. Barrier Porsche is well known for their reputable service dept and I've taken my 911s there for many years now w/ no fuss using aftermarket warranty claims.

Peace of mind! I am a car enthusiast and this GT3 will show it. Buy with confidence.

Thanks!
