06 Porsche 997 C2S Alabama only 28K miles! Sold
Year: 2006
Make: Porsche
Model: 911
Price: $0
Mileage: 28400
Color: silver
Private or Dealer Listing: Private Listing
Location (State): AL
Transmission: Manual
Drivetrain: Rear Wheel Drive
With a 6 month old I find myself not driving the 911 enough to justify keeping it. I realized this when recently switched it over to a limited use insurance policy.
About the car:
2006 C2S with 28K miles, I'm the second owner. The car is in very good shape and is up to date on service. It has a clean carfax and DME scan.
Factory options are:
Porsche sport exhaust
Porsche short shifter
Sport seats with painted seat back
Silver seat belts
Bose upgraded sound
Heated seats
I've added:
OEM Aerokit front bumper
Depo LED tail lights
OZ Ultraleggera wheels 19x8.5, 19x11
GT3 shift ****
Leather center console lid
The OEM lobster forks, bumper, shift ****, and console cover will be included.
I don't have to sell the car but finding time to drive it shouldn't be a chore like it is for me currently.
The black wheels don't photograph well but they look amazing in person.
With the Lobster Forks

I've had quite a few PM's so I'm going to add some info:
I'm the 2nd owner. The first was an architect in Atlanta.
The tires are nearly new. They are N-Spec Bridgestones that were put on just before 25,000 miles.
The car has not been tracked as far as I know or can tell.
The car was last serviced at 25,000 miles. I had the service done at Tom Williams Porsche here in Birmingham. I had them do a 2 year service and a complete once over almost like a PPI on the car.
The car is in GREAT shape but does have a couple small flaws as to be expected with a car with 28K miles.
There is a repaired rock chip/star in the windshield. It isn't in the line of sight but is noticeable. I've been debating on having the windshield replaced and have a quote from my local Indy dealer to do it for about $600.

Hi Josh,
I tried to send a PM but you need 15 posts in order to qualify. So, sorry to dump the message here. I spend almost all my time restoring a 68 longhood, so I don't ever visit these water cooled forums (I spend most of my time on Pelican). I test drove a 997 recently and decided it'd be nice to own something a bit more modern than my 68. I'm interested in a 05/06 997S and this turned up in a search. Would you mind sending an email to von_whitley(at)yahoo.com to let me know if you're still selling the car.
Thanks,
Von Whitley
