My friend, those are not hollow spoke wheels.

This is a hollow spoke wheel.

Am I not using the correction terminology? They're certainly 996 GT2 wheels
Part numbers:
Front: 996.362.136.31
Rear: 996.362.142.31

I wasn't aware the GT2 came with anything but "hollow spoke" and looking at the wheel I'd assume that's the definition of hollow spoke, but by all means correct me if I'm wrong but these are certainly 996 GT2 wheels.

GT2 wheels with 12" rears only come in Solid Spoke. Unfortunately having those grooved tracks means that they are solid. These are certainly the real deal but solids.

GT2 Wheels were Solid Spokes not Hollow, GLWS but kinda pricey tho especially with no N-Rated MPS-2's...

Thanks for the expertise.... thats sarcasm. I guess you don't have better things to do with your time than posting your opinion on sale pricing, pretty sure there's a rule about that, maybe you should spend some of your free time studying up on the forum rules and less trolling around people's for sale posts.

Supercharged, I think I can chime in that Zookie wasn't trying sarcasm, this is a pretty easy going forum with a very positive/helpful/supportive attitude, problem people are quickly kicked out by admins. I would say his price comment was probably more an early indication / reference to what these kind of wheels sold for in the past.

I have to say though that in good condition w/o scratches or rash, these wheels are worth a bit.

The RS2s are actually a very good tire at probably around half the Michelin price. As a real-life reference I did 1.55 w official track timing at Buttonwillow on those RS2 tires with K16 turbos on my 2WD-converted TT, GMG with very merited driver did 1.53 with Toyo R888 on their GT2 as a reference at the same track. I guess I could reach 1.53 with K24 turbos on my car, still on the same RS2-tires and that pretty much tells you what these RS2 tires can do (sidenote: the Hankook RS3 are even better, more consistent most of all).

GLWS, someone who likes OE Turbo or GT2 look but with a nice fat stance (see my avatar) should pick these up, I personally like them a lot (which is what made me read this posting in the first place).

If the fronts would fit over my Brembos I would be all over these, great wheels to have on any Turbo car.
