I have a extra bumper from my 2001 996 Turbo in silver. Comes with the grills, no lower lip. it is in great shape with no plate holes they have been filled in properly from behind. Some minor scratches on the front center of it but most likely can be buffed out with a rotary or if you want to repaint it wont be a problem.

local pick up preferred but can ship in US if necessary at buyers expense.

You're missing the lower lip and I'd need to paint it to my car, etc, etc...
