In many ways, the best compliment you could give the 2012 Porsche 911 Cabriolet, Cabriolet S, and the coupe that inspired them, is that you could never mistake any of them for anything but a Porsche. It’s a beautiful car that looks like the modern version of the same car it’s always been.  The 3.4-liter boxer-six engine powers the convertible, with the S Cabriolet getting a slightly bigger boost with a 3.8-litter that comes standard with a seven-speed manual transmission. It goes without saying that the car goes hella fast – 60 mph in 4.4 seconds according to the manufacturer.

The model itself was updated for 2012 and thus the offshoots will be available in February or soon after for those wanting to speed away in sunny climes.
