Watch a Lamborghini Huracan Chase a Drifting Audi R8!
Is there any better new engine that Lamborghini and Audi’s joint V10 project? The same engine that inhabits the new Huracan and the new R8? I think not. Seriously, there are great V8 noises, like the one from the Jaguar F-Type R Coupe, or the manic V12 wail from Ferrari’s LaFerrari, but there’s just something about a high-strung V10 engine that sends shivers down your spine.
What we have for you today however, is a combo prize, because not only do you get the wonderful sounds of Audi’s R8 V10 Plus, but also the sounds from a brand new Lamborghini Huracan drifting in the snow. Because rally supercars!
The cars are running up a snow covered canyon esque road in the capable hands of Niki Schelle, a German racing driver who knows exactly what they are doing. I don’t ever really miss the snow being in southern California, but after watching these two supercars drift like ex-Group B rally cars, I kind of miss hooning around when the streets are terrible.
