AMS Shatters the GT-R Quarter Mile Record
Please stop what you are doing right now and watch as an Alpha Omega AMS tuned GT-R sets a new world record for the Nissan GT-R R35 in Texas.
The crew over at AMS was in Texas last week for the Texas Speed Syndicate Texas Invitational event that had some of the best tuned cars around the country show up and promptly get stomped by this car.
The Alpha Omega GT-R features a fully tuned engine, drag radials, and enough horsepower to restart the earth’s core. How much horsepower you ask? 2000 hp!
The video shows it launching about as hard as possible with it the driver attempting to pedal the car down the track and not into a wall. It’s simply amazing to see this thing hook up. The car doesn’t even sound like a GT-R anymore, rather something from the pits of hell trying to break free from its chains.
The best way to sum it up is simply stunning and a remarkable accomplishment.
