Battle at 1100 Horsepower: Porsche GT3 RS 9FF vs Porsche 911 GT2 9FF

It’s not I haven’t seen fast Porsches before (Eddie Bello’s 993 comes to mind). Watching two cars from 9FF race for a mile from a dig is just an uncommon occurance. That’s unfortunate, because these races are fucking awesome.

What’s great is that both cars are tuned by 9FF to make the same power, and the base cars aren’t so different. You’ll notice the gap between the GT2 and the GT3 RS doesn’t get much wider than it does at the start. They made clean runs in both lanes.

Regardless of the outcome, that GT3 RS is the fastest rear-wheel-drive car to head down the mile in the Unlim 500+ series. I have to wonder though… With only a measly 1150 horsepower, how long will that record stand?
