Cayman S and Friends Tear Up Mountain in UAE

If there are hills, there will be sports cars. You just can’t have one with out the other. I bet if you time traveled back to ancient Greece, rogue charioteers would test their skills slinging their carts and horses around the corner of Olympus for fun.

This video features no chariots, but it does feature a host of steeds from Stuttgart. The camera car is a Cayman S. Behind him is an assortment of Porsche hardware all likely enjoying themselves as much as he was. Not a bad way to enjoy the Jebel Hafeet.

The road itself is pretty famous in the UAE for being a great driving road. I imagine it’s not unlike the Tail of the Dragon in the US. It’s 7 miles long with 60 corners and an elevation of 4000 ft. Of course, this is the UAE, so the road surface is immaculate. A lot cyclists use it for training, but, I think it would be better as a hill climb a la pikes peak.
