Daft Punk and Lotus Join Forces to Bring Life Back to Monaco
The duo appeared a the Monaco Grand Prix sporting Lotus’ team nomex. They’ve also lent their robotic rock to Lotus formula one advertising campaign in the video below. Typically, everything . They even lorded over Lotus’ pit crew, ostensibly supporting them with their invaluable technologic. Lotus was undoubtedly hoping to get lucky last weekend, but their performance was more of a short circuit than anything. Kimi Raikkonen suffered an accident with rival driver Sergio Perez, costing the team a few points. Monaco is a tight circuit, and hey, they’re only human after all.
If Lotus continues doing it right in the following races, and if Kimi avoids any major run ins with Sergio, they should still have a shot at the title. Personally, I would love to see Lotus F1 in the limelight one more time.
