Clearly, this is not an apples to apples comparison. The Caterham is scarcely more than lowered shopping cart with steering wheel, while the Cayenne is a hulking mass of technology and high-boost horsepower. They’re two very different answers to the problem of building a fast car. Rest assured though; they’re both fast.
Evo takes the two around their test track with surprising results. You can probably imagine that the Caterham is the more responsive engaging ride out of the two. Personally, I though the Porsche was really impressive for all of it’s bulk. SUV characteristics be damned, that thing can corner extremely well.
