My friend’s mom drove a 308 GT4 when I was a kid in the 80s. Took him to school in it. That back seat is pretty tight! GT4s were super cheap back then. The 246 Dino started shooting up in price in the mid-90s but the Bertone-designed GT4s are still somewhat affordable. The one in the Petrolicious video is actually a 208 GT4, which I didn’t even know made it to the States (the 208 GT4, like the 208 GTB/GTS that followed it, were built with smaller motors to help get around heavy taxes in Italy).
The comments one YouTube are pretty funny–a Ferrari purist on there is bent out of shape that this car has Ferrari badging, when it didn’t come like that from Maranello. Oh well! Video after the jump!
