Fisi and the 4C
Being a Formula One driver comes with certain perks: gorgeous women lining up to date you, the opportunity to drive the most technologically advanced race cars on earth and finally, somewhere way down the list, testing cars the public can’t wait to get their grubby little hands on. For your consideration: Giancarlo Fisichella. He drove Formula One for a variety of teams from 1996 through 2009. He only had three wins over his career but was well-liked and quite talented.
So how does he spend his time now? Well, he’s a test driver for Ferrari’s parent company, Fiat. And they happen to own Alfa Romeo, which is how he wound up in the driver’s seat of this achingly pretty 4C. I WANT ONE! Pardon me. While it must feel like slow motion driving a street car after having competed in F1 for so many years, Fisi and his gentle inputs show us how he came to drive in Formula One– smooth and steady. Enough about Fisichella though, look at THAT CAR! Oh Alfa Romeo 4C, how I love thee.
Just. Look. At. It.
