HRE Performance Wheels Open House
One of the perks of living in Southern California is that you’re surrounded by the headquarters of many automotive companies and as a result, get to attend cool events like the HRE Performance Wheels Open House from a couple of weekends ago.
This event attracted some of the coolest custom and exotic cars from all over California, with most of them sporting the latest HRE wheels. Alan Peltier, the president of HRE Wheels, was also on hand to chat with guests and conduct tours of their state of the art manufacturing facility. It’s no wonder a set of HRE wheels costs $9,000; the factory only uses the best equipment and raw materials money can buy.
While there were plenty of awesome cars at the open house, my favorite has to be the blacked-out Ferrari F40 that was restored by the guys from Discovery Channel’s Fast N’ Loud.
