Lamborghini Huracan gets smashed and dashed in Tinseltown.

Not too long ago, a white Lamborghini Huracan crashed into two parked cars in the city of West Hollywood around midnight on June 29th according a report by LAist. The incident occurred near the intersection of Romaine Street and Genesee Avenue. Authorities received multiple reports of the incident as well as details on the driver and a second suspect believed to be a passenger. Witnesses said that both suspects retreated and entered a dark-colored Bentley nearby.

According to a report from WeHoVille, West Hollywood Sheriff’s Sergeant believes that the Lamborghini may have been stopped for a traffic violation earlier in the evening. So it definitely seems like the driver was already up to no good earlier in the evening.

KTLA mentioned that witnesses saw both the Lamborghini and Bentley racing each other while driving eastbound on Romaine before the crash happened.

Witness Alex Gardels told KTLA, “I heard what sounded like rolling thunder, but very clearly a car accident,”. “We came out here, saw a Lamborghini crash into a car over this way. After we saw there was no one in there, we noticed another car flipped up on its side. We tried to make sure no one was in there. Got away because we smelled gasoline. It would seem [this Lamborghini] crashed, hopped [into the Bentley], and they all ran.”

LAist tried reaching out Sheriff’s Department for a comment, but was unsuccessful. There aren’t any reports of injuries which is good news, but it’s always a shame to see a wrecked Lamborghini. What are your thoughts on this incident? Let us know on the forum!
