Video: ‘Celebrity-Owned’ Lamborghini Murcielago Kit Car
We Never Expect First-Class Craftsmanship From a Replica, but This “Murcielago” Has Us Scratching Our Heads
There are many things we can say about this YouTube video. Well, aside from the fact that we’re awfully put off by it. To yours and everyone’s surprise, it’s not the actual kit car that has us scratching our heads, but all the other questionable things happening in this video. Allow us to explain.
- The kit car. From a distance, a really far distance looks pretty good. The overall shape of the iconic Lamborghini Murcielago was decently replicated, and as much as we hate to say it, it can easily fool a non-gearhead. Sadly, all of that goes away once you get up close.
- The owner. A couple “odd” things going on here, beginning with his channel’s name: MOONEYVISION. It sounds like a 3am infomercial on how to get rich quick. Oh, but wait! There’s a foot note embedded on the video which reads “I just sold the car, but I’ve created a documentary on how to become wealthy.”
Seriously, not only is this a junky replica, but the “celebrity” (whom none of us have ever heard of) behind sounds like a total joke. Plus, his video made us dizzy, and he had to bring up his grandfather to prove his “celebrity” status.
