Pagani Builds One-Off Huayra for China
If there is one company that’s known for its one off creations that suspend belief, and sometimes taste, it’s Pagani.
Throughout the lifetime of the Zonda, which seemed to be about 80 years, the company created dozens of one off versions of the car that took the already extreme supercar to the next level. Now that the Zonda is no more, the Huayra is finally getting some of that one off attention with the first Pagani Huayra Dinastia Edition.
The car was specially created for Pagani clients in the Chinese marketplace and features several key differences between the standard Huayra. First off, out of the entire batch of Huayras to be built of only three of them will have the Dinastia treatment. Each car will represent a dragon from the historic Nine Dragons Wall within the Forbidden City.
The first made out of blue carbon with Baxia highlighted representing the water dragon. The second out of gold carbon with Yazi, the warrior dragon, and lastly one out of red carbon for Chiwen, the fire and rain dragon.
However, the treatment won’t just stop at a cool colored carbon, but the cars will get revised aero, unique interiors and potentially a bit more power. No word on price just yet, but figure that these one-off Pagani cars will go for quite a bit more than the standard Huayra and its price tag of $1.6 million.
