Pagani Zonda R Serves as This Condo’s Interior Decoration Piece
Who in the world would ever use their $1.5-million dollar Pagani Zonda R as living room art? Well, nobody, really.
Let’s say, for fun, that you were one of the lucky 15 people that got your hands on the $1.5 million dollar Pagani Zonda R. Now what do you do with it? Obviously, if it were us, we’d drive the thing. But you can’t really blame folks for wanting to preserve their precious, nearly priceless purchase. So instead of storing your 740 hp hypercar in some garage where you’ll never see it, why not turn it into a centerpiece for your living quarters?
That’s exactly what Argentine race car driver Pablo Pérez Companc, owner of this $8 million dollar Miami condo did, in fact. They dialed up Artefacto Home Staging for some assistance in making their Pagani Zonda R essentially what is now the world’s most expensive room divider. Now, the stunning supercar can be admired every single day, serving as the centerpiece of what is already a pretty amazing living space.
Now obviously, news like this was bound to cause quite a stir around the world. And in fact, it did. To the point where Companc himself had to go on social media and break the news that this was, in fact, not a real Pagani Zonda R, but rather an amazingly lifelike copy. “I would never condemn Black Minion to being locked in a living room,” he said in an Instagram post. “Race cars are for driving.”
It’s somewhat of a letdown (relief?). But this little bit of truth doesn’t change the fact that getting even a copy of a Pagani Zonda R into an upstairs condo is quite the feat. In this case, Artefacto had to use an exterior crane to lift it onto the balcony. Then, after carefully navigating it into place, a custom aluminum and carbon fiber stand was built to hold it up.
Impressive? No doubt. Overly eccentric? Probably. But you can’t deny that this (fake) Pagani Zonda R art is much cooler than your average, boring old Picasso!
