Pennzoil’s Dodge Challenger Hellcat Video is Orgasmic!
Believe it or not, you’re about to watch an advertisement for Pennzoil synthetic motor oil. But what it’ll look like to you is a Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat drifting around on some tarmac while being lifted into the air. Just turn your speakers way up and give it a watch, and listen!
We believe this to be a European-spec Challenger based on the taillights, but this video incorporates some excellent live-action video and some computer generated love to create the visual and aural masterpiece you’ve just experienced.
One of life’s joys is the supercharger whine from the Challenger and Charger Hellcats, and this video is chock full of it.
In case you don’t remember, or living under a rock, the Challenger Hellcat is one of the most powerful production muscle cars ever made. It packs a 6.2L HEMI V8 with a supercharger attached to make 707 horsepower and 650 lb-ft of torque.
On street tires, it can lay down an 11.2 second quarter-mile. Plus, you can still get it with a tried-and-true manual transmission lifted straight from the Viper.
Sure, it’s not the most sophisticated car to ever be made, but having driven one recently it is quite comfortable and civil when not driving like a lunatic. But who does that?
What do you think of the video? Let us know in the forums!
