Photos of the Week: Lamborghini Urus

Photographer Jordan Shiraki, known in our 6SpeedOnline forums as “shirakiphoto“, has posted some drool-provoking images we had to feature in this edition of Photos of the Week. Here’s what Shiraki had to say about this set of images:

“I was fortunate enough to do a full shoot of this amazing concept SUV by Lamborghini. This is the only private photo shoot ever performed with the Urus, so this is definitely a ShirakiPhoto exclusive! I tried really hard to get angles and shots of details of the car that most have not yet seen. So [I] hope you enjoy the set!”

At Lamborghini’s 50th anniversary gala dinner in May the Urus was confirmed for production by 2017 according to Evo Magazine’s Harry Metcalfe.

In concept form, the all-wheel-drive Lamborghini SUV is powered by a 600-hp 4.0L twin-turbocharged V8 connected to a dual-clutch gearbox. There is talk the Urus could be a plug-in hybrid, but that has yet to be confirmed.
