Range Rover Takes Photographer to Ultimate Vistas in Norway
Norwegian photographer Jonas Bendiksen and Land Rover recently unveiled a photographic series entitled “Ultimate Vistas,” featuring landscapes from some of Norway’s most picturesque cities and mountains.
Bendiksen enlisted the help of a Range Rover Autobiography to carry his crew and equipment to a variety of remote locales, including the plateaus of Geiranger, the Dovre mountains, and the sea port town of Ålesund.
“I spend my entire life chasing that perfect picture, but part of the joy of it is in that hunt,” said Bendiksen. “Photography is for me a language, a way in which I can express myself, and it has become a way in which I see the world.”
“I love trips I can do entirely by driving. When I’m on the road I can stop anywhere and capture an opportunity in an instant. The Range Rover was the perfect partner for me in that respect.”
Photography is all about being in the right place at the right time, and there’s no doubt that Bendiksen has mastered that strategy, especially the “right place” portion.
