A very large and diverse field will start the first race for America’s new premiere sports car series. The TUDOR United SportsCar Championship kicks off 2014 January 25th on the high banks and infield road course in Daytona Florida. Most of the action from Daytona International Speedway will be broadcast live via television, radio, and the International Motor Sports Association web site, IMSA.com. January 25, 2PM – 4PM, FOX January 25 4PM – 6PM, Fox Sports 2 January 25-26 9PM – 7AM, IMSA.com January 26 7AM – 3PM, FOX Sports 1 *All times are ET. In all, 67 cars will take the green flag for the 52nd running of the ROLEX 24.
The cars are divided into 4 classes consisting of 13 manufacturers.
The Prototype class has 18 cars including both Le Mans style and Daytona prototypes.

The GT Le Mans class has 11 different entries and 6 different makes. Theses are Production looking, purpose built race cars.

The GT Daytona class has the deepest field with 29 cars and 6 manufacturers. These cars are essentially road cars rebuilt for racing.
