Bored and Rich? Shoot Clay from a Ferrari 599 SA Aperta
Ready! Aim! Fire-arri!
When you’re a world-class shotgun shooter with your own academy, simple target practice just doesn’t do it anymore. So, Mr. Philip Thorrold decided to add a Ferrari into the mix. No, they’re not aiming at the supercar, not is it any ordinary piece of Italian machinery. This is the 599 SA Aperta.
In 2011 in order to celebrate 80 years of Pininfarina design, Ferrari wanted to tip its cap by dropping the top on the 599. Because this was a special celebration, the car was made even more special, as only 80 were built. We doubt Ferrari ever imagined one of those 80 would be used to shoot clay.
But it is. By Thorrold. And it’s gosh darn awesome. Watch:
