Some cars are so exotic that even renting one of them for a day is prohibitively expensive for most people. When the 2017 Ford GT comes out later this year, it’ll be priced in the same neighborhood as the Lamborghini Aventador, so it’ll definitely fit that description.
Back in 2012 a Gulf liveried Ford GT40 sold for a record 11 million bucks, currently an early 2000’s Ford GT goes for around half-a-million, and the upcoming Ford GT around $400,000 bucks.
In order to be accurate, they have to know things like horsepower, weight, and torque of hundreds of vehicles. In some cases, it could be before the vehicle even goes on sale.
Even though the new Ford GT supercar is one of the techiest things Ford has ever produced, and clearly a sign of what’s in store for Ford in the future.
