Targa Acura NSX Render in Spectacular Form
When Acura re-introduced the new NSX, everyone was stunned by the design. The lines look absolutely gorgeous, and the car looked like a proper supercar. However, that was almost a decade ago, and now Acura has once again pushed the delivery date back for the new supercar. This new delay had a few auto designers thinking, with so many delays and redesigns, why didn’t Acura build a targa version of the new NSX?
Acura went to the trouble of building a NSX convertible strictly for the use in the first Avengers movie, but that was it. We never got anything else that remotely resembled the original car’s design. Part of the reason we all love the original is because of the targa design, so why didn’t Acura plan to build one? We’re not exactly sure, but hopefully, there will be another delay, and Acura will remedy this.
Until then, RM Design decided to see what an NSX targa would look like, and in our opinion, SHUT UP AND TAKE OUR MONEY! This targa version of the new NSX looks amazing. It looks actually better than the hard top coupe. The lines of the car look somehow better than what Acura originally penned. Let’s just hope that Acura wises up and builds something like this.
