We’ve seen videos of Formula One cars racing street cars, touring cars racing super bikes, and everything in between. But never one quite like this…
Volvo Trucks recently uploaded this sweet video to their YouTube channel, and it’s quickly racked up a lot of views. After all, it’s easy to see why. What you’re about to see isn’t common. It’s actually pretty rare. Volvo’s beautiful Polestar WTCC race car is pitted against Volvo’s 2,400 horsepower racing semi truck. Oh, and if a 2,400 racing semi truck wasn’t intimidating enough, it’s called the ‘Iron Knight.’
Volvo isn’t necessarily known for putting on big fancy stunts, especially ones that have to do with racing. As a result, we’re infinitely grateful for this one. I’d go more in depth about how the video plays out, but that wouldn’t be too much fun, would it?
