A Walk Down Memory Lane with the Ford GT40, GT70 and Ford GT

You can thank Enzo Ferrari and a ripped-up contract for the Ford GT40’s existence, as well as the existence of its offspring. A corporate disagreement is all it took to spawn five decades of automotive history.

On Wednesday, April 1, 1964 the Ford GT was unveiled to the public. Despite the fact that only 107 original GT40s were produced, the GT40 has been captivating hearts since the day of its unveiling 49 years, 6 months and 16 days ago.
