Watch a Porsche 918 Spyder Walk the Lexus LFA
The Lexus LFA is perhaps one of the coolest cars ever to come out of Japan. With its unbelievable exhaust noise that was tuned by Yamaha, to the way that this car builds revs in its high strung V10, it’s a true supercar in the strictest sense of the word.
However, the LFA is now quite a few years old, and can’t really compete with the modern supercars that have come out onto the scene.
Especially those in the rarified air that can be called, Hypercars. That said, we are all for the two meeting up and throwing down the gauntlet with one another. Why, because at that point, we all win since we get to watch it.
Here we have a drag race between the LFA and a Porsche 918 Spyder, Porsche’s newest hybrid hypercar. It makes 887 horsepower. It has AWD. And it can launch itself to 62 mph in just 2.2 seconds. It’s one of the fastest things out there.
Let’s see what happens when it comes up against the wailing crescendo that is the LFA.
