Where’s the Exhaust? A Porsche 918 Adventure
Now as some of you know, to get into some tracks, you have to get through a sound test first. This usually occurs when there are noise restrictions on said track. It’s an easy enough process.
The tech guys come up to your car, put the microphone near the exhaust and you just sit back and wait to see if your car is legal for the track day.
But what happens when the exhaust outlets aren’t exactly in the normal spot they should be? Say for instance, the exhaust outlets on the Porsche 918 Spyder. What happens when you get a track worker that has no clue where to test the cars noise levels?
Simple. Hilarity ensues. Watch and laugh your butts off as this clueless tech guy searches in vain for the exhausts on Porsche’s hybrid hypercar.
That is until that camera guy points out the exhaust on top of the car.
