I have a 03 996TT. I purchased the car with 19K miles. I have had it for 1 year and i now have 26K miles. Is that a lot of miles compaired to you guys? Am I crazy for driving it this much?

I drive the car on the weekends and sometimes once during the weekdays. I have taken 4 200 mile trips within the year.

I have had my car for 2 years and I am at about 8,000 per year, so no, your not crazy haha

I follow the same pattern as you, weekends and every now and then a nice weekday when I have a decent schedule for the car.

I wish I could drive it more, miles don't scare me at all, you paid for it, enjoy it!

I work from home so I don't do much driving except for 'intentional' driving.
18,500 miles in 9 years. Average mpg: 8.

These are cars are meant to be driven. Everybody's mileage will be different based on where they live and how many rides they have. Are you saving it force something special. The most special times are when we are driving them. Don't worry about resale enjoy the car. I drive mine as often as I can. We are lucky to own incredibly fast cars that can be driven everyday of we choose.

2002 - 94,000 miles since June '02. I have driven it a little less over the past 2 years (about 10K), but I am back on track for 15,000 miles/season (8-9 months - no winter).
