Rough idle after replaced high pressure fuel pump

Good day. I am the proud owner of a 2008 Cayenne S, in Whitehorse, Yukon, so service is an issue. In early August the HPFP went (P1025) and I had it replaced at a local garage that has a history of servicing VWs and imports. A month and $2800 later I got my car back with the information that it was missing on some cylinders and I should replace the plugs and coils. I had them replaced as per warranty at 90,000 km and now have 110,000 km and do not think this is a plug issue. The car runs rough when first started cold ( rough idle up and down) but after warming runs fine, which makes me think it is an air issue. Check engine light is on and either shoes no code, or again the p1025 code. I can clear the code with my Carsoft OBD but after a few starts, the check engine light appears again. Any ideas. I will have to drive the car outside (south) in the spring to get this looked at at a qualified shop. Evolroy

Did you ever find out what the issue was?
