New member - 911 SC cabrio slant
New to Porsches and the Forum and thought I'd throw up a pic of my car.
1983 911SC cabrio slant, 28k, original owner from California who took German delivery in Spring of '83. Invoice from Autohaus Gotz lists "935 front and rear" option.

Need some advice have been looking for a slantnose have come across some 911 earlier years 70's with fiberglass hoods was kinda hoping for steel what are your thoughts. I missed on about three weeks ago 1983 slantnose in beige in cabriolet form. Still licking my wounds for not getting that one. Now am thinking getting a targa 1990 is a 1990 any better than the 1989 era. Looking for any advice you all might have enjoying the ride of looking and shopping. However, am getting a little overwhelmed by the amount of cars. I am looking for a daily driver 3-4 days a week commute is 35 miles each way to work. Mainly driving from May to Nov need a/c and enough heat to take the frost off the window in October I live in the Great White north Canada
