Fuchs wheels convert to different ET?

Hi,

I am playing with the idea of backdating a 964 to Pre-73 looks. My question is whether it would be possible to cut the old fuchs wheels somehow to fit in the 964? I'd probably start with standard 16" Carrera 3.2 Foxes.

Thanks for any input

Yes, TruDesign in Denver can do it, he can also turn them into 17s, but you will need 6X16 cores...

Thanks. Glad to hear that it is possible.
Well, I cannot imagine how to convert 16" Fuchs into 17"... It would have to be completely cut out

That is the only way they can change the offsets. They did a set for a friends 73 RSR look 964 C4 I also had them restore my factory 9X15 RSR wheels.. When it is time, I'm having a set of 9&11X16 Fuchs built for my Toad Hall 911. That is why you need 6X16 Fuchs for cores. Here is their link . .

Good luck with your project..
