That's a gorgeous looking 911!

The rain Gutters and Sunroof delete really enhance the natural beauty of these early cars.

Thanks, easy enough to make 'um better. 3 years? The longest amount of time I have been without the car has been 6 months for the body work and paint.

I thought I read somewhere that your car took 3 years to build.
Now I have even more hunger to put mine under the knife.

June issue of Excellence arrived today while I was putting new rotors and pads on my truck. Had to take a break and re-read the article on your car.

Again!!! Very impressed with your build. I have 99% in my mind decided to do something very close to this with my SC. It has me all giddy again.

Thankyou for the PM. Great info.

I am having a real hard time with this decision though. Bottom line is SC prices have already started to go up really quick. Mine is in great condition, and completely stock except for the exhaust. It would be almost crazy to butcher a car in this condition....not to mention again, that prices are going UP!.....but I am almost 100% sure I would never sell this car.

So do I source a beater to rebuild as a track car, or do I search for an already track prepped car for my fun, and then just keep my SC as is for my street toy?

then on the other hand I say to myself that I would never sell this car...why not build it to be ALL that I want, and just forget about the value of it.

I remember riding in that car, during our fun drive with Pete Stout / Cris Huergas.
It was fast...
