lowering springs

I was looking at Weltmeister springs for my 944S. I just want them to get rid of the gap. I noticed there are many different types like 200lbs, 250lbs, and 300lbs. what is the difference? My 944 is my DD. which would be better?

flash968 is infamous around these parts
the higher the rating the stiffer the spring

ALWAYS match front spring rates to rear - NEVER put stiff springs in up front without increasing rear rate - unfortunately, if you also want to lower the car, that means pulling the torsion bars

in selecting rates, as a reference, a stock 944S should have 125# springs

Bit of a hijack, but I'm looking to upgrade the stock suspension on my 87' S.
Not a DD, more of a weekend fun run car.
I'm looking at the Bilstein Firehawk package along with a set of front sway bar stiffener brackets.
I might follow up with a Cambermeister strut brace, depends on how she handles.

Options, advice?

TIA.
