If you're still looking for one...
Luis found this one a couple months ago and it's perfect! If it's still available, you should definately hop on it.

The market is fueled by the demand, and as such, the few '95 GTS dictate a price of $65K. 1995 is the last year of production of the 928. This price is well within the market. With 20K miles makes it even more desireable. It is very important to protect your investment with a good PPI. This will insure that the vehicle is as described. There are GTS for less, but usually, that is reflected in their condition. Just make sure that whoever does you PPI is knowledgeable and experienced with the 928. Good luck. I know somebody that is selling a '93 GTS with a supercharge for $35k.

Pre Purchase Inspection. They usually cost around $250.00, and well worth the investment. It means that they complelely review the car, and give you a written review of the condition of the vehicle. That is why you need a knowledgeable/experienced 928 mechanic who is familiar with the car, and knows exactly what to look for. Don't just take it to any Porsche mechanic. The 928 has some very unique differences from other Pcars. It has always been my contention that it is best to get a referral by a 928 owner to a good garage or mechanic to do the PPI. My suggestion would be to go to rennlist.com or other Porsche dedicated web sites, and check with the 928 posters, and let them know that you need a PPI, and would like a recommendation for the location of the vehicle. Good luck. The 1995 GTS is the creme de la creme (french???)

Thanks, but at 65K I am not sure I want to buy one. I thought I could get a nice one for 40K, as I saw a lot of mediocre stuff for 20K. I'm gonna have to think about this one for a bit. Especially given what maintenance can cost on one of these.

Well to make a long story short, the dealer was trying to get the car from a guy in MI. I found him through an add in autotrader. Had the car inspected by a dedicated 928 mechanic.
He said the car was one of the best he has seen. He said almost concours. No mechanical or electric issues at all. 22K miles. Red with tan interior. The seller and I have cut a deal.
I am flying out ther next Sun to pick it up and drive it home. Very excited.
