ls7 conversion
i have a couple of v8 conversions. but, i dont know that the buick conversion would be of any interest to me...especially one of the very small displacement motors. however the LS series is an ideal candidate. one of my conversions...78 930...has a drive by wire Mast Motorsports modified LS7 motor. just finished and have not driven but a few miles, but with over 700 chp it seems ready to get up and go.

I know what nitrous solenoids look like my friend, what I said was simply a saying...the bottle meaning...the moxie...the cajones which I am sure you do!

i hear you! i did not catch the reference to the bottle quite right! still have not driven very much but i can tell that the power is there, and the car only weighs 2300 to 2400 pounds. hopefully closer to 2300!

To the original OP, It all really depends what you are looking for. Food for thought though...if you really want a 930 than get a 930. Part of the experience is the complexity that comes with ownership. I dig a modified car as much as the next guy but if you have never owned a 930 don't short change yourself. Get the real deal...leave the frankenstein rides to the guys who have probably done all sorts of modification(using a 930 motor) to a 930 and now feel the need to try something different. If budget does not permit the purchase of a complete 930 at this time then hold off until the budget allows...you will not regret it..
