930 Exhuast recommendation

A good friend of mine has an 86 911 T, he is considering replacing current turbo for a k 27, intercooler, spring... all the basic upgrades. nothing to complicated but he is just not sure about what exhaust to purchase. He has seen many but they have the oval look which he hates or the dual outlet.

He mentioned to me that he would consider the dual if it was like the RUF, but he is really looking for an exhaust like the picture I attached........not chromed or polished he wants it to look either black or just raw and must be 4.5 inch round outlet. (His Words) Any suggestions? Is that even possible these days?

TIA

Anything is possible!

Personally, I would rather go with a fitment that's been confirmed. The guys over at Fabspeed have a great setup that's designed to make decent power gains and sound amazing!

If you're looking for a company to trust your 930 to - it's definitely Fabspeed! Great quality and they're made by a group of Porsche enthusiasts!

We have great prices on their full packages for the 930. PM me or call me for more information!

We also have a very nice intercooler setup available for the 911T/930s currently in stock. Comes with all new red silicone couplings (C2 style intake, turbo outlet, WUR and diverter valve) and a new diverter valve. Check it out here:

http://www.fabspeed.com/911Turbo_930C2Turbo.html

Flows as much as 900 CFM @2.6/1 pr ratio with less than 1 PSI drop.

I believe Zorks are the only way to go, its loud and intimidating but since it points straight back, ****pit noise is not that bad.
The small tube is the waste gate dump pipe ala 934 style.

do you have the zork attached directly to the stock exhaust with turbo offset to the left side or is the turbo repositioned to the center of the car?

The Zork bolts directly to the Turbo hot side. The turbo is in the stock location.
The pipe is the same diameter as the Turbo exit size and there is no cats or muffler involved :->

If you want more info on where to get this exhaust system...email me at rodney at diphur.com.
I am not affiliated with the mfg but recommend him as he does excellent work!

You should consider headers for your 930. Quality 930 headers are an incredible improvement as the short direct exhaust quickly gets the high exhaust flow and heat energy directly the turbo and this brings on the boost about 1200RPM ealier.

Its like night and day and allows valve adjustments without dropping the factory headers. Maintanenace is a snap. In addition we offer 3" ZORK tubes and the worlds ONLY single or dual exhaust solution for all Porsche 930 cars and we have designed QUAD tips too.

Everything is explained on our website and show with Dyno results.

Which exhaust gives you the best crackle, pop and flames?
