EFI mods

85 930 3.4l
3.2 intake
Ported and flowed heads
Carillo Rods
GT2 EVO cams by DC
Custom IC and headers
930 wastegate
G50 conversion
Precision 6765 .81 billet wheel Turbo
Electromotive Tech 3R
Twin plug
1000cc inj

Very responsive! I've been tuning it and so far so good. It's actually making a little more TQ than HP. Peak Tq @4600

Sounds like a torque monster to me and IMHO torque is more fun and usable then top end Hp anyways

Torque

Yes, it is definately very underrated in the performance world. One can look at the Nissan GTR as a good example of how important it is. I'll be testing it at the track later this week.

That's a whopper. Are you planning on street car or track. Heat sink much less of a consideration if car is not tracked.

IC Mounts

fabbed up some mounts for the IC outta 1/4" Alum bar and drilled and tapped the Carrera intake for an additional bonded rubber mounting point.

I am amazed at the work you've done. I can only wish I had the knowledge, skill, patience, and tools to do an engine build of that caliber. That has got to be one of the best 930 engine builds in the country. I'm humbled by your knowledge. I can't wait for you to take it out, but it seems that getting there is more than half the fun. Congratulations!
