its gonna be costly regardless man...facts of life

im wanting to do a ground up build. im talking acid dip, cage, re-paint, blueprint, internals, the WORKS. if im gonna do a 930 or RS its gotta be perfect or i wouldnt be doing justice to the car.

the shop that i have been impressed with so far is patrick motorsports in phoenix and ZLP has endorsed said shop so once i decide the route i want to take im going to delve deeper.

check out http://www.patrickmotorsports.com/cg...action=gallery
for many examples of their work, i believe you will be as impressed as me. the attention to detail seems to be there

are you wanting to do something like this?

http://www.patrickmotorsports.com/cg...=gallery&id=17

a straight RS clone?

as you can see they started off with a regular early 70's 911

and ended up with a very nice RS clone with 993 3.6L and G50

you can find MANY straight donor 911's under 20K, thats not the hard or expensive part. once it goes to the shop you will be

Im not sure exactly i dont want to do a straight RS clone I want to be different, and slightly unique w/o taking away from the car and its heritage

http://www.zachlp.com/main/My%20930.html

this car is almost perfect for me i would do little different but im still not sure you know? lol
