$80k plus should be a really, really clean car. A keen eye for paint will pick up pretty notable paintwork that needs to be addressed at that price. Nothing that can't be fixed though.

one of my best friends owns a high end bodyshop and is a big porsche guy, his 964 turbo is whats making me want one. He knows these cars inside and out so when we go looking for car he always comes with me to check them out body-wise and paint-wise

Yea definately having him with me is my greatest asset, just trying to be patient to find the right one I have to sell my car first tho.
