I saw an all-original, immaculate 89 964 Turbo (white) without a stone chip or mark on it anywhere. Concourse material, really, really nice, 23,000 miles - $44K
It was stunning and if I had the extra cash, I would have bought it on the spot.

Khalid, yeah I had a couple of 964s... my wife had a white C2 Cab/Tip and I had the 94 Speedster. We sold them for a 98 993S; then sold that for the 02 Cab. The black Cab that stays in FL was for Cindy's birthday/anniv present. So she's back in the harness with a 964. Bought the Speedster with 4K and sold it with 15K on odo. God, I miss that car. It was cherry. I followed ownership from Indiana to Washington DC, and now out to Michigan. I told the current owner to take care of "my car"

No, it's gone for good. the 996 is a TipS so Cindy can drive it. When I had the Speedster she drove it once and her shifting was very ugly to watch and listen to. There were a few Speedsters made with a Tip, but they made them only in black, yellow, blue and red. The silver one was a special order.
