hi all,
i have my eye on a 1993 targa 964 available at a used car dealer in Houston Texas. the papers, title, service record and 101 porsche certified test look reasonable and realistic. the dealer is very cooperative and agreed to let some one inspect the car.
i would like a ppi done by an independent.. none of the dealers in the area will do one in fear of responsibility and litigative weight shut anything turn up not as when inspected.. a lemon law of some sort ( i am 3 continents away and am honestly looking for a thorough honest expert opinion, thats all).
appreciate any contacts, numbers... anything.

no affiliation at all. he worked on my 996tt and he's as honest as they come. knows his stuff.

 

sale didn't go thru.. car was definitely not as advertised. will not go there again. but thx all for the help.
