AWD control module recall

I haven't driven it since the recall was done, . That's par for the course and a major reason for why I am selling it.

We won't, Thanks!

Just spoke with my P Dealer Service Dept, got two open campaigns on the car...the AWD module and a reprogram of the PCM. I suppose that one is the Sirius radio thing.
I never get notified of these things either with a card or an email. How come some do and some don't? Thankfully, I stay on top of them thru threads like this. Thanks of the heads up Enzom.

Nothing to do with the main module. I watched them replace the front wheel drive control module. It took 20 minutes to take out the trunk insert and unbolt the little module and replace it. It was a very simple recall. I was in and out in 35 minutes.

hi there. any UK guys have these updates? mine's a 2015 car, registered in Nov 2014. i've had nothing and my dealer looked at me with a blank face when I asked about ecu/ AWD upgrades and recalls....

I have a 2015 TTS and it was part of the recall for the AWD unit. I would talk to the dealer. I did a lookup on the Porsche website based on my vin and it didn't show up, but it did at the dealer. Strange.

My dealer said they just decided to do all of them. My car wasn't initially included but they did it anyway last week when they replaced the tire with the nail in it and got the rock out from between the sway bar and frame.

Thanks for posting about this (obviously a while back). I'm looking at a 14 Turbo that had this recall performed - needed to be sure this wasn't something to indicate a car that was up to par.
