991 turbo S vs 991 turbo engine difference

its been a long time
Guys, can't find anything about differences in engine potential between those two.

Unless you want PCCB, then the TT is great because with minimal mods and money you can get plenty of HP. Exact spec TT vs exact spec TTS you will spend a lot more for that extra HP when you can get it for cheaper with a few mods. I guess the can of worms will be, yeah but that could void the warranty.

Speaking from the logic perspective, I believe they'd be the same - it's clear that a change in software can achieve the higher power, so why would a for-profit corporation change anything that they wouldn't have to?
I'd put my money on TT vs. S being same everything, save for software.

The S is basically just a fully performance optioned Turbo with the better tune thrown in.
But not exactly.
S's have continually dyno'd higher with the exact same aftermarket tune.
Some say the turbos are slightly larger.
It has been reported that the replacement part number on the engine is different so there is some difference.

They don't. Look at WhiteTTS dyno vs some of the TTS ones like for example mine with Cobb or FVD or SDG1871 from Champion with GIAC.
