Yes, TC was on but the only run I know I remembered to turn it off on Friday was against the Vette and it didn't matter, I still did 1.72 and I also plotted it. Looks the same, I think that TC may intervene anyway with LC, this behavior may just be part of LC with or without TC on. I went out to the county road and did a run without LC and TC and it wasn't any good. Right now, I have a flat left rear so I have to call Porsche Roadside assistance.

 

ecpChris got 1.58 60ft, 10.67 and 128.26 on my cobb stage 2 running p zero's and my car is a cab. This was the pre jmorgan map, the file I have now I think its stronger off the line.
My personal best time was 1.61 60ft, 10.67 @ 129.54 at ATCO that day.

 

Well I did get 1.59 according to Vbox last fall after I put the FVD piggyback on. That was my fastest ET, 10.57 @ 129.45. Since it wasn't at a dragstrip I didn't consider it to be valid by itself. Since then I have noted that Vbox is pretty accurate with the 60ft and ETs but I don't believe it's trap numbers are that good. Anyway, here is that one and I was using LC for that with TC on.

So here is a thread I put up before Carlos came around. I have of course been baffled by his ability to get good times. This was the last time I went to the dragstrip before last February and when I went then I was trapping consistent 135.6+ with 10.7-10.8 ET. There are a couple of posters that are in support of me but others tell me my car is crap. I think my car won't cut it off the line with Pirellis but maybe it will get better with the new ones and I am getting a set put on when I do the Turbo upgrade. I don't know if I will get to the dragstrip to test them after the Turbos are on but before I go to COTA.

I want a 1.5 60ft but the best I have ever gotten is at the county road with a 1.59 measured by Vbox which may be suspect. I don't think I have any slips from a dragstrip showing less than 1.65.

I have spent a lot of money trying to make my car faster and it had nothing to do with Carlos. This all happened before he showed up.

Who should I blame for sinking $30,000 into mods and still not being below 10.5? Remember I bought my stuff from a lot of different vendors.

 

I just I don't understand the cause of your slower than average 60 foot times. John Morgan on Cobb stage 2 has cut a 1.4's foot time at Atco and mine have been in the low 1.5s if I get a good lunch. I don't know if it's an issue specific to your car. I doubt it has anything to do with your driving as you're clearly very experienced.

I wish we could bring your car up to Atco during one of our private track rentals. Mine had 1.5 60 foot times at Royal Purple Raceway at Tx2K
